Take 121N exit from the airport, exit Bass Pro, turn left heading over the overpass and right on Hwy 26. The hotel is the first turn in on the left. We have a block of guest rooms at the Hilton DFW Lakes Executive Conference Center for our out of town attendees for (March 13-16, 2008) available at a reduced rate of $99 per night (regularly $139). When making hotel room reservations mention you are with Texas Pinball Festival and receive the special room rate.

Reservations must be made by calling: 1-800-984-1344 and referencing the Texas Pinball Festival.

NOTE: In order to take advantage of this special $99 rate, a one night non-refundable deposit is due at the time the reservation is confirmed.

Cutoff date to take advantage of this discount is Friday, February 28, 2008. Reservations requested after this date will be accepted based upon room and rate availability. So book yours early!

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:  Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 p.m.  Luggage storage is available for early arrivals/late departures.
