Indoor vendors space is available to this years Texas Pinball Festival on a first come, first served basis. Last years vendor space went fast and sold out! Don't be left out in 2008, early registration is recommended to guarantee you the best place at the Festival.

Coin-Op Swap Meet / Flea Market (Saturday, March 15th 2007,  8:00am - 12 noon)

The Texas Pinball Festival is hosting our 6th annual Texas Arcade/Pinball Swap Meet in the front parking lot of the Hilton DFW Lakes Executive Conference Center from 8:00am-12 noon, Saturday March 15th. Admission to the Swap Meet/Flea Market is free to all guests. Vendors are welcome to bring anything coin-op related (pins, vids, jukes, slots, parts and project machines for this outdoor event. Got a machine taking up space in your garage? Too many projects? Too many parts? Bring'em to the swap meet! This space is available on a first come first served basis. Please register early to reserve your space. Rates for participating in the swap meet are as follows: 

RATES
$30 = 4 Square of Parking Spaces (17' x 36') for the Coin Op Swap Meet/Flea Market
(Get a weekend pass into the show for just $5 with the purchase of Coin-Op Swap Meet vendor space

  • Vendor is responsible for providing their own electricity. No electricity will be provided by the hotel or the Texas Pinball Festival.

  • No tables and chairs will be provided by the Hilton DFW Lakes or the Texas Pinball Festival.

  • Perfect time of the year here in Texas! Expected temperature around 76 degrees!

  • Great opportunity to sell and purchase that summer project!

Terms and Conditions
  • Extended setup times for 2008  Set up is from 8:00pm-12:00 Midnight, Thursday, March 13th & 10:00 am - 4:00 pm on Friday, March 14th. All games presented for use during The Texas Pinball Festival on main show floor must be in playable condition and set to free play for the duration of the show.

  • Inoperative equipment is to be placed in Vendor's booth space.

  • Vendor's are solely responsible for the content of their booth(s), and the security of the goods and quality of the services provided. Vendors are solely responsible for their pinball machines and its/their security.

  • Vendors placing games for sale/play within booth(s), must make games easily accessible from the showroom aisles. Obstructions, such as tables and chairs in front of games within booths is prohibited. 

  • The Texas Pinball Festival '08 and it's organizers (Texas Pinball Association) are NOT RESPONSIBLE for loss of products or machines due to theft, damage, misuse, or Acts of God and/or Nature.

  • It is vendors responsibility to transport display item(s) or game(s) to and from the 2008 Texas Pinball Festival Site.

  • Vendors are to agree to leave machines in service until 2:30 pm on 3/16/08 and will inform buyers that machines purchased are not to be transported off of premises before 2:30 pm on 3/16/08. Games removed before this time period that cannot be replaced with another machine
    by vendor
    will be subject to a $25 fee to cover rental space and loss of use for paying customers. 

  • Refunds are available until 2/28/08. Please make requests in writing.
